1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and rega33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "We" or "Company"). 2Eligibility & Registration

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and your bank account or eWallet details for identity verification (KYC) and withdrawal processing purposes. rega33 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for identity verification, including a copy of a valid national ID or passport.

3User Account

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at rega33. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, IP address, bank account, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account. Keep your password secure and do not share your login credentials with anyone. Rega33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

3.3 Account Transfer

Your Rega33 account is personal and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Rega33 supports all major payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including FPX Instant Bank Transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, ShopeePay, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed exclusively in MYR — no foreign currency exchange, no hidden fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To process a withdrawal, your account must have completed full KYC verification. The bank account or eWallet registered for withdrawals must be in the same name as the rega33 account holder. rega33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for additional review if suspicious activity is detected, though standard reviews will not exceed 24 working hours.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your Rega33 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. Rega33 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional offers, and reward programmes provided by rega33 subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The rollover requirement, bonus validity period, and eligible games will be clearly stated in the respective bonus terms.
• Rega33 reserves the right to void related bonuses and winnings if bonus conditions are breached or there is evidence of abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, per phone number, per bank account and per IP address.

6Game Rules

All games available on the rega33 — including online slots, fish shooting games, sports betting, live casino, and betting — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system verified by independent third-party bodies. The RTP value for each game is publicly displayed.

Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical error, rega33 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original wager amount to the user's account. Winnings arising from system errors or software malfunctions will not be paid out and may be voided.

7User Conduct

Rega33 users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to play or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs or system errors for unauthorised gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse bonuses.
• Uploading, transmitting, or displaying obscene, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's infrastructure or security.
• Making any false claims or fraudulent requests related to deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary.

8Privacy & Personal Data

10Limitation of Liability

Platform rega33 is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties. rega33 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times. rega33 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Platform disruption or unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unfavourable game outcomes that result from a legitimate RNG.
• Any act or omission by third parties, including payment providers or game providers.

11Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your Rega33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms. Any remaining balance after 90 days from the date of the closure request will be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by Rega33

Rega33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requests, or business decisions. In cases of termination due to fraud, all balances and winnings may be forfeited without compensation.

12Terms Amendment

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated each time an amendment is made.

Continued use of the rega33 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they come into effect.

13Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties.
